By placing an order with S&E Morgan Cards it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
Privacy:
Your personal details are kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of invoicing you for your order.
Forms of Payment:
Our payment method is by direct deposit (eft) only.
Delays:
If there should be any reason for your order to be delayed we will contact you via the email address you supplied with your order. Public holidays may result in a delay of your order.
Christmas Orders:
All Christmas orders must be received by the middle of November in order for it to be received in time for you to send or use for Christmas.
Placing Orders:
When placing an order please include the name of the card and any sentiment. We will endeavor to put this one the card for you. If you do not provide us with a sentiment this will be left off the card where possible. Otherwise the default sentiment which comes with the card i.e “Happy Birthday” or “Thinking of You” will be used.
Processing of Orders:
You are welcome to place your order on a weekend or public holiday. However orders received on these days will not be processed until the next business day.
Cancelling or changing orders:
Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to cancel or change your order. Once an order has been started it cannot be changed or cancelled as it is a custom order.
